The common pattern behind these projects is simple:
- A recurring task is consuming too much human time.
- Reporting is too manual or too inconsistent.
- A team depends on repeated follow-up for something that should be visible automatically.
- Validation work is slower than it needs to be because no one has wrapped a system around it yet.
When I see that kind of problem, I tend to automate it.
